We’re looking for an exceptional HR Manager to support the People Team and work closely with business partners and other team members to provide administrative and project support. This will include assisting with the implementation of key HR initiatives, programs, and projects across the organisation. The duties for this role include being first point of contact for employee queries, project administration in areas such as rewards and benefits, organisational development, and HR process improvement as well as providing administrative support to the team
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office in Cambridge and occasional travel to our manufacturing facility in Ely.
