As a Payments Business Manager – Liquidity & Account Solutions – Senior Associate in the Liquidity & Account Solutions team, you will support nthe Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Liquidity & Account Solutions (L&AS) business head. The BM team plays a core role in driving business initiatives as well as interpreting and presenting financial information to the business leads within the organization.
Job responsibilities
- Is the key point of contact for front office and support functions to help achieve business objectives. Drive data-driven analysis to help facilitate decision making
- Supports EMEA Liquidity & Account Solutions business head through strategy development, financial analysis and expense management process
- Leads production of monthly/quarterly financials review, including actuals v forecast and variance analysis
- Leads budget round process for 3 year plan, review forecasts with business heads and submit to central P&A team
- Creates senior management presentations and financial performance reports
- Organizes complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques. Create wireframes and mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
- Facilitates reporting of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and creation of executive reporting updates to line of business senior leadership
- Provides a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
- Builds effective relationships and work closely with Finance & Business Management colleagues across Payments and Banking
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree and experience in a strategic or similar role
- Experience within Financial Services is required
- High Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders and excellent issue resolution skills
- Self-motivated, innovative thinker with the ability to derive, formulate and develop new concepts, processes and value added activities and able to work with high degree of independence
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy - proven ability to produce quality results in a timely manner
- Strong analytical and numeric skills, excellent attention to detail
- Pro-active and problem-solving mind-set with ability to identify, clearly present and implement solutions
