Position: Lead Optometrist
Location: Allerton, Liverpool

Working hours: Full time (Monday to Friday, plus alternative Saturdays)
Experience Level: You must be a GOC registered optometrist, based in the UK

Ideal Candidate:
- An experienced optometrist with a passion for leadership and patient care
- Strong clinical skills, with experience in glaucoma and post-cataract care

In this predominantly testing role, you’ll provide high-quality eye care to patients in an affluent area with a high average transaction value (ATV). You’ll lead and develop optometrists, facilitate clinical growth, and liaise with the management team to ensure the practice’s success.
