Customer Service Agent:

We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual with a passion for exceptional customer service to join our team. This role will be based in our North Greenwich office. This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join a young and entrepreneurial environment in a growing company within the jewellery e-commerce sector.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver first class customer service for all our customers
  • Manage customer queries through email, telephone and live chat
  • Perform daily department checks to ensure customer service is running smoothly. This will include being responsible for monitoring and communicating issues, whilst suggesting and implementing change
  • Work alongside a small outsourced customer service team based in India and keep them up to date with any changes and new training
  • Giving every customer the best possible experience is one of our priorities here at jewellerybox, so it will be your role to maintain this whilst keeping up business growth and change

About You:

  • ​ Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise and multitask during particularly busy periods
  • The ability to both work independently and be a true team player
  • A positive can-do attitude and willingness to get involved in a variety of different tasks within the business
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn multiple systems – Excel a big plus
  • A people person with bundles of enthusiasm who is always willing to put the customer first!

Additionally, the following qualities would be desirable but not essential:

  • 1 year + customer service experience
  • Other languages (especially German)
  • Experience using customer service software
  • Previous jewellery knowledge
  • Experience working in online retail
