Title: Ultimate Survival Instructor
Reporting to: Ultimate Survival Camp Leader
Contract: Seasonal work available during summer holidays.
Hours: 8am – 6pm weekdays..
Additional Hours: 3 additional hours may be required on Thursday nights (6-9PM) for Campfire Cookout (site dependent). If this is required, you will be paid overtime.Summary of Position:

About You
Essential Requirements:
● Enthusiastic, energetic individual, passionate about working with children and supporting their
development through adventurous activities.
● Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
● Excellent communication skills and verbal reasoning. Candidates must be confident in their
ability to lead a group of children and not shy away from responsibility.
● Flexible, team player, able to adapt to dynamic situations and challenges.
● Someone looking for a challenging, but hugely rewarding, enjoyable job in the holidays.
Desirable Requirements:
● Qualified or studying towards NGB qualification in adventurous activities, such as archery,
bushcraft and mountaineering.
● Experience working in a similar camp setting, working with children aged between 7 and 14
years.
● Paediatric First Aid qualification (12 Hour Course)
● Paid pre-camp training programme to prepare you to be an Ultimate staff member.
● Subsidised CPD opportunities, ranging from First Aid Qualification through to Food Safety
Certificates
