Senior Field Manager

Location: All London areas (Candidates must live in or near London, within the M25 or just outside)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Manager to join our growing team, working on a high-profile

telecommunications contract. This is a unique opportunity for a talented manager to play a pivotal role in driving

operational success, meeting client expectations, and ensuring team excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team with enthusiasm, fostering motivation and driving success.

• Organize and deliver business objectives effectively, with safety as a top priority.

• Ensure a high-quality product and service that aligns with customer needs and expectations.

• Maintain and achieve company and client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Communicate professionally and concisely across all levels, both internally and externally.

• Proactively address challenges with innovative and practical solutions.

• Uphold Health & Safety standards and fulfill all related managerial obligations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in people management and delivering operational objectives.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage resources effectively.

• Proven working knowledge of network and fibre installation procedures (or similar disciplines).

• Broad understanding of Health & Safety practices and legal obligations.

• A proactive, team-oriented mindset, capable of taking responsibility for team and individual actions.

• Ability to meet targets related to cost-efficiency, timelines, and client satisfaction.

• Full UK driving license with at least 12 months of driving experience.
