StoryTagger is a user-generated mobile video tool created by LearnerLab, a communications consultancy which helps global organisations build progressive learning cultures.
Launched successfully in 2018, we already have a fantastic roster of corporate and higher education customers from EDF Energy to University of East Anglia.
A small team that has been punching above its weight, we’re now looking to expand to drive our next phase of growth.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing mobile video tech start up at the beginning of its journey in the dynamic learning technology industry. Talented, ambitious and customer-focussed, you’ll be part of an expanding team who want to make a difference. In this role, you will be the heart of StoryTagger, interacting with our customers, helping them drive value from the product and ensuring an excellent overall customer experience.
As Customer Success Advisor, you will:
· Onboard new clients and help them get the best possible start with us
· Serve as a trusted advisor to help customers roll out and use StoryTagger successfully – this includes engagement plans and story design support
· Use platform analytics to report on engagement and make recommendations
· Act as frontline customer support and make sure queries are directed appropriately
• Optimise customer’s use of StoryTagger leading to renewals
We want someone who is keen to grow and develop with our business. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Marketing team to make this happen.
Skills
You will have minimum 1 years’ experience in a marketing, account manager, design or customer advisor role for a digital product. And be:
· Confident with excellent communication skills
· Technically capable with a solid understanding of digital technologies
· Able to problem-solve and recommend solutions
· Able to use analytics and customer feedback to recommend solutions
· Have general understanding of the business and learning challenges facing large organisations
