We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working Assistant Pastoral Lead to support across our year groups.

As the Assistant Pastoral Lead, you will work closely with the Pastoral Lead to ensure the overall well-being and pastoral care of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of pastoral policies and procedures.
  • Supporting students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to provide targeted support for students.
  • Conducting one-on-one sessions with students to address specific issues or concerns.
  • Organising and leading pastoral initiatives and programs aimed at promoting student well-being.
  • Monitoring student attendance, behaviour, and progress, and implementing interventions as necessary.
  • Contributing to the school's safeguarding procedures and ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
