Role Summary: 

Manage and support FTI, FCC and other IT systems to ensure appropriate levels of availability and security and ensure that GHIB’s systems remain fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Deliverables: 

  • Fusion Trade Innovation and Fusion Corporate Channel:
  • Primary contact for all the queries related to FTI and FCC.
  • Version upgrade, configure, UAT and Support for FTI, TICC and FCC Application.
  • Technical installation of FTI and FCC products and it’s environment setup.
  • Investigate and resolve techno functional issues, working closely with support teams and vendors.
  • Postings, Gateway, and Swift Message Interface.
  • New TI Report creation for Business.
  • IBM WAS and MQ installation and configuration.
  • Supporting various business critical applications such as Finastra Total Messaging,
  • Fintellix, Swift, Euroclear, Clearbank, HID, T24 etc.
  • Engaging stakeholders to elaborate full range of requirements and demonstrate the solution as applicable.
  • Solving technical and applications problems involving various IT Skills.
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
  • Prioritising and Managing many open cases at one time through ServiceDesk.
  • Complex problem solving.
  • Learning and mastering employer-specific software.
  • Any other duties as assigned

Experience 

  • 10 years + of experience in Core Banking Administration and Development, System Administration, UAT and Support.
